You can buy the first promotion with the !promotion or !promote command but keep in mind that it is only the first promotion, the rest you will have to go to an NPC and then do a quest mission.

1. First Promotion using command !promote or !promotion

Second Promotion in NPC Marcos on Nova (Level 90+)

2. Second Promotion in the city of Nova with the NPC (Marcos) in the shops.

(Always keep in mind that if you do not do the previous promotion, this one will not let you promote yourself)

Final Promotion Third (Level 160+)

3. Third Promotion Quest at southwest of Thalia in a cave of minotaurs.
